Tin Whistles are flutes made of tin that were used a lot in traditional Irish folk music.
Later they have been used also in folk music in other West European countries.
The flutes are diatonic, and hence not chromatic. For every key another flute is used. For most of the music the D type is used.
In the edit we have slightly extended the range with a half note on top and a half note at the bottom of the instrument.
